My 90 year old dad had BAD head and sinus congestion until this year when he started putting RC in his nose. He'd put a little on his pinky finger and then put it inside his nostril then repeated it in other nostril. Then he sniffed some Tei-Fu oil which has eucalyptus oil and other oils in it. So he rarely had any sinus issues! He went to be with the Lord January 2013 due to liver cancer, but it was a huge blessing that he didn't suffer with sinus pain!!!
