The Theory of Constraints by Eliyuh Goldratt is one of the most interesting systems devised to get efficiency in production. While there are many consultants and trainers for TOC, the CII is organising a seminar by the Organisation of the Founder himself.

Fulfilling Customer orders on time has always been a challenge. Common experience across the globe reveals an on time performance in the range of 40-75% cutting through different industry verticals. Last few decades, several initiatives have been undertaken to significantly improve the on time performance. In a Make to Order environment it is not rare that we see the following challenges:
 
• Too much work in process (WIP)
• Huge piles of finished goods
• Long manufacturing lead times
• Low on time delivery performance (40-75%)
• Poor customer satisfaction
• Unable to consider servicing urgent customer orders which despite customer willing to  pay huge premiums
