Hi!

We need to decide licenses to be used for Youloc data.

It looks like creative commons (cc-by-sa) is the best for the exported
data, see http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/ This allows
the usage of the data for for example in Openstreetmap, Wikipedia and
openBmap, opencellid. We don't need to tell which user contributed
which part of the data - neither does OSM nor Wikipedia do this, it's
enough to take& use the data and tell the source.

So how do we tell this to the users of Youloc?

Maybe something like this should be added to the terms of service:
http://code.google.com/p/youloc/wiki/TOS
By registering and/or submitting data to Youloc you agree that Youloc
has all rights to pass on your data to third parties. Your personal
information will not be shared, only the position data.

Everyone agree, got any thoughts?

thanks!
