Happy Monday!

We just had a fantastic pilgrimage in Toronto this past weekend!  Thank you so much to Jonathan Nix and his community at St. Bonaventure for planning and hosting this awesome event!  Check out the photos of the event on our Facebook event!

Matt Maher Concert - Friday, August 1st, 7pm
Believer's Chapel, Cicero

Matt Maher is fantastic Catholic/Christian musician.  (You can listen to his music here.)  And he's coming to Syracuse on Friday!  Though the generosity of the Syracuse Diocese Young Adult Ministry, Assumption Church is able to provide free tickets to any young adults who would like to attend.  If you are definitely sure that you would like to attend this concert and would like a ticket (or tickets) please email me by Wednesday with your name and phone number so we can make sure we can get the tickets to you on Friday!

Young Adult Trip to Buffalo/Niagara Falls - Saturday, August 2nd

Our friends at St. James Church is planning a Young Adult day trip to Niagara Falls and Our Lady of Victory Shrine this Saturday!  The cost is only $25 for the day.  Lunch is included, but dinner is on your own.  (Dinner will be at Anchor Bar - Home of the Buffalo Wild Wing)  Please St James Church ASAP at 469-7789 to make your reservation!

Fr. Eric's Farewell Mass - Sunday, August 3rd, 11:30am
Assumption Church

Fr. Eric will be leaving Assumption Church to start his new adventure in Campus Ministry at Catholic University of America!  Come join us to wish Fr. Eric farewell and pray for this new chapter of journey as we celebrate his farewell mass with him this Sunday, August 3rd.  Everyone is welcome.  Mass will be at 11:30 am in the upper church. Praise & Worship & Adoration/Feast of the Assumption - Friday, August 15th, 6:30pm
Assumption Church

Everyone is welcome to come join the Young Adults as we celebrate the Feast of the Assumption!  What better way to celebrate this awesome feast and holy day of obligation than with your young adult friends at Assumption Church?  Praise and Worship and Adoration will be at 6:30,and mass will start at 7:30pm.  Everyone is welcome to join in praise and worship and the mass.  Fellowship provided after mass for the Young Adult Community only.  We are looking forward to seeing you there!

The Franciscan Place - One of Syracuse's best kept secrets - Destiny Mall has a chapel!  Did you know that?  The Franciscan Place - both Catholic gift/book shop and a chapel - is located near DSW and Old Navy in the commons level of the mall.  Please feel free to stop in and spend a couple minutes with Jesus in the Chapel the next time you find yourself at the mall!  A wonderful respite in the midst of your day!
