January Young Adult Praise and Worship and Adoration

[Franciscan Place Young Adults]

Dear Young Adults,

Come join young adults from around the Diocese of Syracuse for our January Young Adult Praise and Worship Night! The event will be FRIDAY, January 29th at 6:30pm at The Franciscan Place . The Franciscan Place is located on the commons level of Destiny Mall, and is right next to the DSW shoe store.  

The evening will consist of Eucharistic Adoration, a spiritual reflection, time for quiet prayer, and music performed by our Assumption Praise and Worship band to guide you in your prayer and reflection. 

Everyone is also invited to gather afterwards for free food and fellowship at Uno's! Please join us!  We had a great turnout last month and are looking forward to seeing everyone again, as well as some new faces! :)  If you have a Facebook account, please RSVP at https://www.facebook.com/events/1093758493982232/ to help us give Uno's a head's up on how many people to prepare for.  However, last minute attendees are still most welcome! :)

Dinosaur BBQ

Join us and the Diocese of Syracuse Young Adult Ministry downtown this Thursday!  This is going to be a great T.o,T. night at Dinosaur BBQ in Downtown Syracuse for some awesome food, drinks, and fellowship. This month's speaker is Sarah Padgett she will be speaking about her faith journey and also the right to life since the March is this coming weekend!  FREE food is generously provided by The Diocese of Syracuse Young Adult Ministry.  Parking in the lot across the street is also free - just make sure to tell the attendant that you are there for the talk.  https://www.facebook.com/events/1688056814806458/

The Franciscan Place - One of Syracuse's best kept secrets - Destiny Mall has a chapel!  Did you know that?  The Franciscan Place - both Catholic gift/book shop and a chapel - is located near DSW and Old Navy in the commons level of the mall.  Please feel free to stop in and spend a couple minutes with Jesus in the Chapel the next time you find yourself at the mall!  A wonderful respite in the midst of your day!
