Workshop on Proposal Writing (25th March 2015)
Distinguished fellows of the American Council of Learned Societies (ACLS) will anchor a workshop on Proposal Writing. This is an interactive mentoring session designed especially for young academics. The invited facilitators and past beneficiaries of the African Humanities Program (AHP) grants will share their experiences, answer queries and give tips on how to win AHP grants and other international research awards.
 
Submission of Abstracts:
Abstracts must address any one of the subthemes, should not exceed 150 words and sent to ifehumanities...@gmail.com before 15th February 2015. The full paper should be sent to the same address by 15 March 2015. Acceptance/invitation letters will be issued on submission of abstracts by prospective participants. You will also be furnished with details of accommodation facilities, transportation, and any other relevant information you may require.

Publication of Conference Proceedings
Well-researched and peer-reviewed papers from this conference will be published in June 2015 (three months after the conference).
