John Onyeukwu is a governance, public policy, and institutional reform expert with over twenty-five years of experience working at the intersection of law, governance, and development practice. He has led several multi-million-dollar governance and accountability programs across Nigeria funded by organizations such as USAID, and the European Union. A seasoned political economy analyst and thought leader, Mr. Onyeukwu has written and spoken extensively on governance reforms, transparency, and institutional effectiveness. He currently serves as Co-Managing Partner at Apex Legal Barristers and Solicitors and as Founder of the Institute for Social Impact Practice and Leadership (ISIPL), where he advances research and dialogue on ethics, accountability, and sustainable development.
