M. Oloyede AbdulRahmon, teacher, researcher and education administrator for about four decades at the University of Ibadan. My area of specialization is Arabic literature and Islamic cultural studies. Between 2003- 2008, I served Federal government as a member of national Committee on the integration of Tsangaya (Almajiri) system into UBE, which as a member of its sub committee of experts wrote the National Report on Modrasah education in Nigeria. I have mentored scores of academics, five of whom are Professors and many others on Professorial grade.
