Dear all,

Thanks to TF for drawing attention to this. I have heard of about two places in Nigeria where children formally learn Ifa at Ejigbo and somewhere in Kwara State. Could the one we were referred to be one of them or is yet another one?

 Wow,

Let me also join in thanking Professor Falola for drawing attention to this. I had not known about this program for children to learn Ifa. It is now becoming clear that our culture will not be lost to mindless westernization. It is however important to ensure that those children also go to school. The combination is sure to be empowering. Now sir, could we possibly arrange a summer program for adults, say at UI or OAU? I believe that many of us who are already familiar with the Bible and/or the Koran will be delighted to have the opportunity to learn Ifa from the experts. IRO NI WON NPA, YORUBA KO LE E PARUN.

Good day sir,

I'm interested in knowing what the Ifa Corpus says
about the WAYFAFER, especially the sufferings of the
wayfarer. I would be grateful if you, or any of my
elders on this list can help me in this regard.

A jobi a gbe wa o.
