Owei Lakemfa is the president of the Society for International Relations Awareness, SIRA, a former Acting General Secretary of the Nigeria Labor Congress, and an Ex-Secretary General of the Organization of African Trade Union Unity, OATUU, which is the Confederation of labor centers in Africa.
