Dear All,

Few months ago I discovered an electronic format of "KURANI ALAPONLE" "The Yoruba Quran" on the web. Its front cover was uploaded due to huge file size as this forum doesn't support file that's more than 10Mb. I will soon upload the file online.

ANOTHER DISCOVERY
------------ -----
Couple of years ago we learnt about "ABD Yoruba Soft Keyboard" developed by Bomi Oki, she also publish a comprehensive step by step user guide for the soft keyboard covering download, installation, keyboard shortcuts, character coding and letter symbols.

Our brethren Mrs. Bomi Oki has released another piece of work again! An electronic format of "YORUBA BIBLE" now available for your use at Africanportal. net

I came across the site today when I was scourging the web for Yoruba resources, the site showcase Yoruba Bible, lati Jenesisi titi de Iwe Ifihan,(from Genesis to the book of Revelation)Yeah! a flashback to my primary school days "Agberu gbeso" you got to memorise it by all means or else ..... When I spotted the page, I quickly jumped straight to Orin Dafidi, Ori Keta-le-loogun (Plasm 23)"Oluwa ni Oluso Aguntan Mi" The Lord is My Shepard(Plasm 23)'am impressed. This a fantastic piece of work.

Moreover, I would like to thank our Baba Agba(elder)Dr. Samuel Olamijulo who constantly shed lights on acute shortage of Yoruba resources online, he strategise how it can be implemented, his thought has now become a blue print for the Yoruba content developers. He also encourage authors, educators, publishers and poets to bring their work to the multimedia environment. Baba we recognise your efforts, Olorun yio ma wa pelu yin o Amin! "Agba ki wa l'oja kori omo tun wo. tooto se bi owe O!

My dear brothers and sisters out there let's hear your great ideas, You don't have to be an author, a poet or a publisher before you can partake in this project. We require raw (unpublish) and published materials e.g. Yoruba tales, songs, children game(ere Omode), proverb, poetry, Aalo Apamo (lateral thinking), Yoruba festival calender, Ifa Oracle materials, Yoruba warriors, Yoruba taboos, Islamic and Christian materials in Yoruba and many more.

At YorubaWorld we have the technology and technical expertise to create interactive content for conventional and online use.

E Se pupo fun asiko yin ti e fi ka oju ewe yii.
Thank you for your time.
