Ibijoke Faborode to Interview Omoyele Sowore
Ms. Ibijoke Faborode is the Co-founder and Executive Director of ElectHER- a non-partisan Pan-African political organization committed to increasing women’s political leadership through behavioral change communications, community building, knowledge acquisition, and the increased access to social, human, and financial capital. The organization recently launched a $10 million fund to empower 1000 women and directly fund 35 women in the 2023 elections.
She is passionate about social innovation and always looking to collaborate on solutions that seek to tackle inequality and poverty in Africa. Amongst other recognitions, she is a leadership council member of the Democracy and Culture Foundation, a 2019 One Young World Dutch MFA scholar, and a 2019 Public Service Nominee for The Future Awards Africa.
