Hi All,

I'm proposing the space buys two of the Alu sash clamps listed below

£25.78 each.

We have a few small squeeze clamps that are really useful but they are limited in size. It would be good to have something for larger things and this seems to come up regularly.

I like these as a style and use them at home. I have one that has a wooden block inside that I can clamp in the vice for holding large pieces of work as well. https://commonwoodworking.com/sash-clamps/

Any comments positives/negative? This is larger than the £30 small purchase so I'm listing it here for 48hrs for comment.

Thanks

john

Thanks for suggesting these, John.

I agree it would be useful to have them. Especially now our bigger space makes bigger projects more viable.

I wonder whether we could make something as useful for lots less money than £50. But let's not get bogged down unless someone actively wants to do that project.

Based on what I can see that's a reasonable price. I think a pair of these would be incredibly useful, having had difficulties clamping larger things in the past.

Cheers
