Hear ye! Hear ye!

York hackspace will hold its AGM on

Monday the 9th of June at 7:30pm

At the hackspace (room 1) and in the hackspace discord voice channel.

Here we will elect trustees and discuss other affairs of the hackspace as detailed in the agenda. If you would like to add something to the agenda or otherwise discuss the meeting please message a trustee or post in the AGM2025 discord channel. 

Anyone is welcome to attend and join the discussion, only members are permitted to vote. If any member wishes to appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf, they must get the consent of this proxy voter, and inform a trustee in writing at least two days before the AGM of who this proxy voter will be.

A record of decisions made and their associated reasons (aka minutes) will be kept and made public after the AGM.
