New sourceforge home for yao

All,

I have taken the opportunity that sourceforge opened a new 2.0 beta to
migrate yao to sourceforge.net !

yao has now a new home: https://sourceforge.net/p/yao/home/

The nice things is that sf.net 2.0 offers lots of goodies: wiki,
forums, svn repo (with web access), download area.
The only thing missing is a mailing list, so I will keep this google
groups thingy alive (although I expect that most of the exchanges will
now take place in the new sourceforge yao forums).

The old yao home at maumae.net/yao still exist, and in fact host the
only version of the manual and the news which I link to from the
sourceforge pages.
