Editor loses focus - frustrating!

Every once in a while when I switch to Yojimbo and start to type into a note, the text field will suddenly lose focus as I keep typing. This has been happening for a while and it's incredibly frustrating once I discover my keystrokes are going to the ether. When I click back to where the cursor disappeared, it will often quickly lose focus again, this happening several times. It doesn't happen *all* the time, but fairly regularly. I've avoided sending a ticket since I don't have a reliable way of replicating it (it's the worst kind of bug - intermittent). But it keeps happening.

My suspicion is that is has something to do with the spell check. It's on that order of delay (when the spell check kicks in) when it occurs. It's hard to narrow it down to a specific keystroke, but it may be that after I type a space the spell check kicks in, and there may be a bug there that causes the NSTextView to lose focus. But that's just speculation.

Has anyone else seen this?

I had similar issues not only with Yojimbo but other applications like an older version of Photoshop, when I was using an automated time tracker that logs my activity and tries to get information about the frontmost window.
