Yojimbo and the iPad "Sync"

With this talk about Yojimbo and the iPad, I thought I'd ask a question I've had for a while:

Is Yojimbo on the iPad supposed to "incrementally" sync items from a Yojimbo data base?

For instance, if I add three new items to Yojimbo and then sync the iPad, should those three new items show up in Yojimbo on the iPad?

I'm interested because for as long as I've been using Yojimbo on the iPad a "sync" is a complete replacement of everything on the iPad which usually is missing any new items I've added to Yojimbo on the Mac. In fact, to get my Yojimbo on the iPad to contain everything on Mac I have to delete the app from the iPad and do a full sync which takes freaking HOURS.

Any input on this?

Yes; sync to the iPad app both should work incrementally and normally does.

can investigate.
