What does an unsorted item mean?

Hi,

Currently, all my items in Yojimbo are listed as unsorted. What does
this mean? I have tagged them, and created tag collections, but they
are still unsorted.

Unsorted items are items that are not in a collection. This is
different than a tag collection. A collection is essentially a
folder. A tag collection is essentially a saved search.
