Is it in the keychain? If it's in the keychain and you know the
keychain password; you should have access to it. Otherwise maybe
you need to run Keychain FirstAid.

Help file -> Yojimbo Password:
Most of the places you are asked for a password from
Yojimbo have a checkbox that allows you to add your Yojimbo
password to the system Keychain. When Yojimbo uses the Keychain
can be controlled from the Security preference panel.
Once you store your Yojimbo Password in the Keychain, the
Keychain Access preferences control the frequency with which you
need to type a password.
So yes, it's a preference, but not one set globally in prefs window.

If you allow keychain use for any of the specified actions, your Yojimbo
password will (naturally) be stored there; if you do not, then your
password is stored by Yojimbo alone.
