Bookmarklets in Chrome?

Anyone have an idea how to get the bookmarklets to work in Google
Chrome?

I wish I had better news for you.

Unfortunately there are currently several bugs in Chrome which affect interoperability with Yojimbo’s bookmarklets. (Some with no practical workaround.)

I’ve logged bugs in the Chromium bug tracker. Hopefully things will be better in the future.

Chrome is not scriptable, but it does support Services. If you enable

New Bookmark in Yojimbo
New Web Archive in Yojimbo

you can select the text in the location field, and choose those commands off the contextual or Services menu. (The Quick Input Panel via the clipboard is also an alternative worth exploring.)
