Hi All! We have some very exciting events that are coming up in the next few months and I wanted to give you the dates and details.
There is a couple family events and two adult based events as well. Check them out:
Halloween Trick or Treat
Monday October 31st 11am to 6pm - for all ages!
· We are inviting children and families in the community to come walk the center and visit each store to get a treat!
· Please participate by having a treat available in your store for the kids.
· There will also be a little photo opportunity festive display by Geppetto’s
· The event will be publicized on the marquee, concierge outreach, social media, newsletter, and the community paper.

Sip & Shop
Thursday November 17th - 4pm to 8pm
· Sip & Shop is a kick off to Holiday shopping- The center will already be decorated for the holidays at this time for a festive feel.
· The concept for this event is for each store to offer a promotion during event hours and to stay open a little later. The event is designed to encourage customers to walk around the center and visit each store to shop and enjoy libations and promotions.
· In addition to your promotion, please let us know whether you will provide a drink or a snack for customers. We would like every store to offer something different so the customer can experience variety.
ü Drink options could be: hot cocoa, tea, cider, coffee, wine, water, beer, etc.
ü Snack options could be: cheese, fruit, veggies, candy-canes, cookies, etc.
ü Please send me your promotion and libation offering by October 15th. Note that we may ask you to change your snack or drink if there are too many merchants offering the same item which will be determined on a first response basis.
· We will be hiring local acoustic musicians to play in the center during the event to add to the experience.
· The event will be promoted on the marquee, concierge outreach, newsletter, social media, and the community paper. We ask that you send word out through your mailing lists as well.

Winter Weekend
Sat. Dec 10th and Sun. Dec 11th
*Stores are encouraged to participate in this event by offering raffle prizes, setting up a booth, offering an activity or attraction
*This event was a huge success last year and brought over 1,000+ people to the center last year.
9am- Breakfast with Santa
· Families will be able to make reservations and purchase a ticket to have breakfast with Santa Clause at Swell Cafe
10-12pm- Snow Days
· Real Snow play area
· Live animals petting zoo
· Snowboard simulator
· Photos with Santa
· Festive snacks
· Carolers/characters to sing
· Face painter/Balloon artist
· Merchant sponsored Arts and crafts
· Raffles
· Merchant booths- let us know if you are interested in promoting your business at the event
Promotion:
· PR, ads in the community paper, social media, concierge outreach, newsletters, posters, flyers in area coffee shops, merchant mailing lists, banner, outreach to schools/community centers, mommy bloggers, etc.
