team meeting & availability

We are planning to have a team meeting on Oct 9th 2016 Sunday 8 am. Would like to know how many of you can make it, this is very important meeting and we do not want any one to miss it. Pls. rsvp to let us know if you can make it and if not why ( the reason why you cannot attend) else alternate availability. pls. email me your rsvp, pls. be advised that you will be paid for the time you attend the meeting so its worth it double fold.
