Dear Business Partners,
As we've recently announced, Yogurtland has signed a new Master Distribution Agreement (MDA) with US Foods. The new agreement was effective starting Thursday, September 25th. The Los Angeles market is required to adhere to the new “Slot Requirements” by next Thursday, October 27th. Listed below is some information to help you prepare for the transition.
The final slot allocations in the new MDA are based on proprietary SKU's that represent 80% or more of the total volume. Due to the overall volume, US Foods has elected to keep the majority of the currently supplied items on hand. The items with lower usage were a factor in discontinuing product. Listed below are the products being discontinued along with its replacements available in the division.

The discontinued product will be available for purchase through this Friday, October 21st. Should you utilize any of these products, it's advisable to add these items to your next available purchase order for purchasing before they are removed from the system.
Please note, Yogurtland proprietary frozen yogurt is our main offering in the Frozen category. The flavor offerings will be compliant with the amount of SKU's allocated per our MDA and any rotator flavors will be slotted in upon depletion of another flavor.
Regarding the Georgia Pacific products, there is an online system set up for ordering product direct. Expect separate communication regarding this with the new ordering process, lead times and availability of product. It would be recommended that this product should be ordered from US Foods for a two week par level before it's discontinued to allow additional shipping time for the product until fully transitioned to the new ordering method.
