"Pls. wear your visors" and other aspects of the uniform guideline might have seemed all too redundant in the messages during last week or so. It might be more convincing for you as employee to adhere to this guideline, if you were explained the reasoning behind it.

So here you go:
During one of our compliance inspection by Yogurtland corporate all 3 of our employees in the store at the time of compliance inspection were sited for not being in full YL attire and points for compliance were deducted causing us to fail. What this means to us as a store is that, our license will be revoked preventing us to do business in Del Mar. Which means no jobs for any of our employees, no pay checks...

Now is this OK? Ask yourself if you are willing to go to this extent and risk the very existence of your workplace by not wearing your YL uniform to the fullest?

For those of you who are already compliant, we are thankful and appreciative. For those of you to who did not in the past, this a.m. is a fresh start, a new day.. try again.. this is easy, you can succeed at it.

By you following uniform guidelines, your compliance is two-fold, for compliance is really in 3 different ways:
1. Employee compliance to Management ( includes uniform guidelines)
2. Store compliance to YL Corporate standards ( Includes uniform guidelines as well)
3. Store compliance to Health department standards ( cleanliness and health department guidelines)

A few tips to help you:
1.Just before you get into your car for work, look at your self in a full length mirror to see if you have all aspects of the uniform on you. Ask yourself, am I compliant today??
2. If its too cumbersome, keep your gear in your car all the time and get dressed before you clock in at work, if that's easier..

What ever you choose, pls. be compliant all the time, every day, every shift.

Look forward to your 100% compliance
The Management Team.
