Room Available in Lovely Lower Haight Home

Hello!

As some of you may already know, come November, there will be a room available in my house in the Lower Haight (448 Page btwn Webster and Buchannan). My brother and his wife(!) are taking off for six months of travel, and then will settle down elsewhere. The room is large and lovely and about $1,000/ month. Not cheap, but the room is big, the house is very beautiful and in good condition--high ceilings, wood floors, amazing city view, lots of common space (a sun room, living room, dining room, and two bathrooms), the location is great, and the roommates are excellent, if I do say so myself.

If you know anyone who would be interested and suitable, please have them contact me. Looking for someone clean, sane, gainfully employed, social--but not a crazy party animal, and some kind of spiritual or creative interest is a plus. We share our home with one English bulldog, Roxy, and one black tomcat, Buster, plus a calico stoop cat, Ruby Tuesday.
