Akira Watamoto Workshop

Hi YL Family,

We have a guest teacher this Saturday coming all the way from Japan.  Akira Watamoto is a very well respected teacher in Japan with over 30 Books, DVD's, etc.  His work is highly publicized in the Japanese media and he will be teaching a day long workshop named "Guide to Bandhas."  This will be based on an original Chakra and Bandha system developed by Akira that advocates the theory of body-mind-relationship and asana alignment.  Class will be taught in Japanese but there will be a translator.    

As YL Family, we're happy to offer 50% off the workshop price.  Also- please let me know if you're interested in just attending the "theory" part (1-4pm) and I will check with Akira to see what rate we can give you for that.
