Thanksgiving is a great time to celebrate and commune with family and friends. It's the perfect opportunity to have gratitude for the abundance in our lives, to counteract the feeling of lack that we sometimes get kidnapped by, and to hold things close to our hearts.
It's also a great time for self-reflection. As the leaves turn colors and the morning air gets brisk, it feels natural to go inside and feel into our bodies, to commune with oneself, to have gratitude for the simple gift of life. The Thanksgiving Retreat this year is geared towards smoothing out the dialogue between our bodies and minds and allowing mental information to turn into embodied understanding...first on the mat and then in our lives.
So join us this year as we are transported to another world, one where there's a huge roaring fireplace, delicious food prepared for you, a remarkably peaceful stone labyrinth, and don't forget about the hot tub.
We've separated the retreat into segments so that you can decide how you'd like to participate. Please feel free to get in touch with us with any questions regarding the retreat or for information on carpooling.
Warmest Wishes,
The Loft
