Yoga and Meditation Seminar - Practical Spirituality and Leadership: Tools for Personal Growth and Social Transformation
We are holding an inspiring program next Saturday 25th July at our Coburg Centre. Bring a friend and enjoy some physical, mental and spiritual nourishment with a workshop, yoga asanas class, relaxation and meditation followed by a delicious vegetarian dinner.
A must have set of tools for people with leadership aspirations or wanting to make a difference in their community. Leadership means more than the narrow confines of business. If you make decisions and engage with others be it as a parent, mentor, community leader, student or other leadership roles which are often taken for granted then come and find out some practical spiritual tools which accelerate your personal growth and therefore allow for widespread social transformation .

Where: Ananda Marga Meditation Centre – 25 Hall St, Coburg (near Moreland
station)
Cost: $20 ($10 concession/unwaged) or $30 for two (bring a friend/family)
