Bring a friend or family and come and join us for an inspiring presentation, yoga asanas class, meditation and dinner at our seminar this Saturday – Beginners Welcome!

When: 4.30pm til 8pm (arrive between 4pm and 4.30pm), Saturday 23^rd May
Where: Ananda Marga Meditation Centre – 25 Hall St, Coburg (near Moreland station)
Cost: $20 ($10 concession/unwaged) or $30 for two (bring a friend/family)

What to bring: clothes comfortable for sitting, and a mat/towel for the asanas class.
