Moving date/break the lease

Hi Girls,

My understanding we don't want to keep the Sunnyvale house.

Please let me know what's your moving date from the Sunnyvale house. I need to communicate that with Tina. Please think about some good excuse what we can say to her. I would like to be nice to her since she was nice to us as well.

I am moving out end of this month. I start December at another place.

If we want to have a house meeting, please let me know and your available timeframe as well.

Please don't forget we need to close this dojo totally. Meaning we need to decide which furnitures we take with us and what we can offer to other shangha mates/good will. Than we have to clean it.

Please let me know your thought.

Wow, so much in such a short amount of time. I don't have a date but I would not want to stay beyond the first weekend in January (that's Jan 4-5th). I have started looking for a place and I hope that I can find something reasonable in this time frame.

I think we should have a house meeting to discuss closing the house, what people's plans or possibility of plans are and how we are going to handle Dec. rent. Split among 3 of us who are left, if there are three of us left? I don't think we can reasonably ask Tina to use our deposit for the rent when we hare giving such short notice. But this is something we should discuss. These questions in addition to what Viki is asking.

So, my times are I'm home tomorrow evening after martial arts (probably after about 9pm), and on Wednesday evening after 7pm (minus a scrum at 9pm and a yoga phone meeting at 10pm). I'm around on Thursday as well (after about 7 or 8pm).

I am home tomorrow evening. Wednesday and Thursday I am not home. 

I suggest we close the house before Solstice. Anyway that's the task from Samvara, close everything by the Solstice. We have to go into the solstice transit organized, cleaned, with all business finished. I would like to welcome the Solstice by finishing all the business with Tina. 

So please consider that I would need a few days to settle everything with her and we need to clean the house as well. So your move out day should be earlier than 12/21.
