Hi Girls,

Please update your definition of clean (it's not just clean your floor...). I had to spend one hour cleaning your rooms today. Clean means you remove spiderweb, dead bugs, fingerprints and any kind of dirt form your window, form mirror and from everywhere. 

Morgan, I need to give back 3 keys to Tina tonight at 8pm. I need your key. Please respond.

I need to give back the house tonight to Tina. I need your cooperation for that. I understand you are not on the lease and it's not your responsibility, but we rent that house together.

Hi Viki,

I kept my key so that I could get my mail until the end of Dec, like Danielle who is keeping her key in order to show the house. Would it be possible to ask Tina if its ok for me to keep the other key for that reason? Or I can drop it off tomorrow by putting the key in the mail slot or  similar. I don't think I have the bandwidth to drive back down to the valley tonight. Please let me know if any of these options are OK.

I can continue to get everyone's mail from the sunnyvale house (that includes us and Adam) until the house is rented and someone takes over the lease. 

I don't think Tina will have a problem with that.

I had to write a new document with Tina and I had to specify every single changes that I made (since the lease). That includes Danielle as a key holder. I don't know if Tina will accept to take the house back with 2 keys only.

Hi Girls,

I spoke with Tina and I rescheduled our meeting for tomorrow 9pm.

She was there at the house today and she went in. She saw we haven't finished cleaning yet (I couldn't finish by myself in the morning) So it would be nice if tomorrow after work everybody could come there and finish the cleaning. 

The neighbors were complaining about the broken car on the street. Morgan do you have a date scheduled already to taking away? If not please consider to donate to Hobson, they can take care of it (they would appreciate it and have big experience to deal with cars), but please response it ASAP, because Tina already is upset about it.

It's fine to bring the key tomorrow, but I need it tomorrow.

One more thing about utilities. We need electricity and water while we show the house. So please keep it for a while.

Danielle, do you have any update about applications that you received?

Please all of you replay about availability for cleaning.

Thank you for your flexibility. Here's what is going on with the car:

1. Status: The car is "totaled" so I have the option of either salvaging it for a certain settlement, or of getting rid of it for another.

2. Getting the Car Off the Street A:  If I choose to get rid of the car, then Infinity (that's the insurance agency) would offer a tow service. I need to call and check weather I need to have Infinity tow away the car themselves in order for them to proceed with issuing a settlement in this instance, or if I can just have anyone tow it away and give them the necessary documentation.

3. Getting the Car Off the Street B: I would be happy to salvage the car and give it to Hobson. In that case anyone can tow it. However there are two fallbacks: a. I need to look into weather or not I will be able to purchase/lease a new car for the price of the settlement they are willing to offer me for salvaging the vehicle. It is somewhat less than the price of letting it go completely. b. If the Hobsons do take the salvaged car, then they might have some trouble getting it properly insured. I know at least Infinity might only offer partial coverage, but probably some research could be done to figure out the best way to proceed. Then all I would need to do would be to sign over the title and then they would need to take it in for an inspection when it is repaired.

Any input would be appreciated. =)

Hi guys,

A few updates on applicants to take over the lease on the Sunnyvale house. A family of 3 said they can move in by the end of the month BUT they want to see the house during the day. Can anyone show them the house tomorrow morning before work? He said the just need about 10 minutes or so. 

Besides that I'm still waiting to hear back from people I sent the applications too. 

About the car,

Morgan I know you don't have a lot of time and your stressed about work etc, but the totaled car gives an unprofessional vibe when I'm showing the house to people. I hate to say this but if you can't get the car towed by Wednesday I'm going to call the city and have them just two it since it's making the neighbors and Tina upset with us.

This woman does corporate housing and she's looking for a house that a family of 3 can rent. They would be PERFECT to take over our lease. 

Please let me know ASAP if anyone can meet her Tuesday (she said about 12:30/1pm would be a perfect time)

Thanks but as of now I don't have anyone lined up to see the house in the morning besides the family here today. I will keep everyone posted if something changes. Also, someone might come see the house tonight while were cleaning but they haven't confirmed yet so I'll let everyone know when/if I do hear back from this guy. 

Finally, there's no WinDix left at the house to clean windows/mirrors. Can someone pick up a bottle on their way here tonight for The Cleaning?
