In order to meet tonight, please make sure that the house is all nice and clean. Please CALL me at work 408-742-9739 by 4pm to confirm that the house is ready, otherwise I will not come. Please also make sure all utilities are still on.

 

Speaking of utilities, because you guys are still showing the house to potential new tenants, you guys having key accessing to the house for that reason, and the house should be kept warm enough, 60degrees, or all the pipes will be frozen in this kind of weather, until a new tenant is found. No one will be living at this point so utilities cost should not be a problem.

We need to clean the kitchen area, the washer/dryer area and kitchen-dining room area. We need to clean maybe 2-3 small windows. I did the rest of it.

I put some bleach last night on the sink and on the stove.

I think 4 of us can finish it in one hour.

What do you think?
