Hi Girls,

I spoke with Tina and she will put the house up on the net. But she doesn't have time to show it for the people. I offered her she can come to show it any time, just let us know. Is that ok Jackie? And maybe we need to show it without Tina is well, we shall see.
Tina said we should pay till she will find somebody instead of us. I will try to avoid to meet with her and find somebody ASAP...
I told her most of us already moved out.

Vikki, are you sure Tina is ok with us showing the house? If someone wants to take over the lease do we have them contact Tina? Or would this be a "sublet" to the new tenants ?

I don't really know what she wants. Now she is furious because Jackie is living there without me... And she knew everything, I told her and she knows in few days she will move out too.
So I am trying to figure out how we can come out from this the fastest way.

I know Vikki, and I apologize for putting extra stress on you. I just want this finished up. Jackie will be out of the house on Saturday, you will give Tina the keys back to the house on the 18th. There's no reason for Tina to be mad. Plus Jackie is authorized to be there because she's on the lease. 

I'm going to try and go back to the Sunnyvale house tonight to figure out what needs to be thrown away/ sold and what else we can donate to charity. 

I will take pictures/videos of the house and see if Tina wants me to post them myself. I can contact her if this is beginning to be too much for you Vikki.

Sorry, yes, I have been busy. 

The movers come on Sunday, not Saturday. If you want me to be out of the house at the time you meet this evening I can. I just have a scrum at 9pm. I don't know where else I can do that besides at home. Let me know the time you need me out. My stuff won't leave until Sunday morning though. Movers arrive between 9 and 10 am.

It was much better than expected. She expected the deposit as Dec rent, I will give the house back on Sunday at 8pm. I need your keys. The only thing, we have to advertise and show the house. I gave your name Danielle for Tina. So ASAP we need to put it online with good pictures and hopefully will move in beginning of Jan.

I was speaking to Morgan this morning about the things that are left in the house. If there are no other arrangements in the works, I would like to call College Hunks and have them take everything away on Saturday morning. Morgan said that she could be here then. Since at least three of us will be here in the house this evening, I would like us to determine everything that they can pick up. 

From their website, it sounds like they need 48 hours notice so let me know ASAP if this is an acceptable arrangement. They deliver to Goodwill anything that they will take and then they deal with the rest.

I'd also like to know that this can be a shared expense for the December's even up. That's the last one we will do unless there are any extenuating circumstances.

Speaking of the even up, since no one else submitted any expenses for November, each of you owes me $52.99. Any new expenses or expenses not submitted yet (water/garbage bill, cable bill, etc.) please add it to the Dec. 2013 tab of the spreadsheet.
