こんにちは！　天気よく、完璧な日食をみせてくれたオーストラリアから戻りました。　日食は本当に美しくて、太陽と月からたくさんエネルギーをもらいました。　信じられなくらい素晴らしい経験でした。皆さんも一生に一度は体験されることをお勧めします。

  

日本の冬に身を置いた今、最初は少し慣れずに小さなショックを感じましたが、秋谷ヨガハウスで土曜日の午後のクラスを教え、いつものフローに戻ってきています。森山神社での葉山クラスは終了することとなりました。　６年間やってきましたが、そろそろ変化を向かえる頃合いです。

代わりに、道を下ったところにある秋谷ヨガハウスでの私の受けもつクラスに是非参加してください。森山神社での最後のクラスは１２月１５日の土曜日です。長年に渡り、クラスに通ってくださった皆さん、元々の発起人のユーカリシャスさん、有り難うございます。　私も楽しい時間を過ごさせてもらいました。

今月の秋谷ヨガハウスの土曜日クラスのスケジュールは変則的になります。　（下記をご覧下さい。）

１２月８日、クラスはありませんが、サトリ先生によるワークショップとバーベキューがあります。ワークショップはパートナーヨガクラスです。　パートナーのサポートにより、深くポーズに入ることができます。お友達をお誘いの上、是非バーベキューランチとたき火を囲む集まりまで楽しんで行ってください。　私も参加します。　予約はこちらまで。 sankara...@gmail.com　http://sankaranivas.blogspot.jp/

１２月１５日の私のクラスは16:00- 17:30の時間帯で行なわれ、その後、18:00から忘年会が開催されます。　一品お料理を持ち寄ってください。みんなで薪ストーブを囲みながら楽しい時間を過ごしましょう。皆さんに年末にお会いできるといいなと思います。

姉の誕生日にメキシコへ旅する予定でいます。　今回の旅行は１２月２１日、冬至の日であり、マヤ暦の最後の日にあたります。その日にトゥルムのマヤ遺跡を訪れたいと思っています。　その後のホリデーシーズンはニューヨークで家族と供に過ごそうと思っています。　１月１日から４日まで行なわれる　ジヴァムクティに捧げる集まりに参加します。http://www.jivamuktiyoga.com 

この時期にニューヨークにいらっしゃる方がいましたら、参加をお勧めします。私が不在の間、ジュン先生がクラスを教えます。

Hello,

  I am back from Australia where the weather permitted me to see the full Total Eclipse.  It was beautiful and I felt that I received so much energy from the sun and moon. It was an incredible experience.  I highly recommend seeing one at least once in your life time.

  Now I am back to winter in Japan, it was a little bit shocking at first but now I am back in the flow here, teaching on Saturday afternoons at Akiya Yoga House.  I have decided to discontinue my Hayama class at Moriyama Jinja.  I have been teaching there for 6 years now and I think it is time for a change.  Please join my class at Akiya Yoga House just down the road instead.  So my last class will be on Saturday, December 15th.  Thank you to all my students who have come over the years and to Yukalicious the original organizer of the class.  It has been a lot of fun!

  The schedule for my Saturday class at Akiya Yoga House is irregular this month.  (Please see below) On 12/8 there will be no class but instead there will be a workshop and barbeque with Satori-sensei.  The workshop will be a partner yoga class.  We will go deep into poses with the support of a partner.  Come alone or with a friend and stay for the barbeque lunch and bonfire.  I will join as well. reservation: sankara...@gmail.com

  On 12/15 my class will be at 16:00- 17:30 followed by Akiya Yoga House bon-nen-kai at 18:00.  Please bring one dish to share.  Let's enjoy each other's cooking by the warmth of the wood burning stove.  Hope you can make it.  It would be nice to see you before the end of the year.

  I will travel to Mexico for my sister's birthday and my trip just happens to coincidce with the end of the Mayan calendar on the Winter Solstice on December 21st. I am hoping to visit the Mayan ruins in Tulum on that day.  Then I will be in New York to celebrate  the holidays with my family.  I will also attend the Jivamukti Tribal Gathering from 1/1 to 1/4. http://www.jivamuktiyoga.com If you are in NY during this time I highly recommend it.  Jun will cover my classes while I am gone.
