清々しくて気持ちの良い秋をエンジョイしていますか？

いくつかビッグニュースがあります！
一つは、今年の12月からインドへ旅に行く事にしました。
今後の予定をオープンにしておくために、鎌倉の素敵なお家ともさようならをします。
日本に戻る日程はまだ決めていませんが、ビーチヨガがスタートする少し前の春頃になるかと考えています。
11月は今まで通りレッスンを行いますが、12月は日曜日1クラスだけになります。
私のブログまたはFacebookの ”Yoga by the Sea Japan” を ”イイね” して、スケジュールなどご確認ください。

もう一つは、新しいお仕事も始めました。
11月1日に葉山にオープンする ”Voyager's Eden” というお店で、私が長年使った中でお気に入りのセレクションを揃えたオーガニックコーナーを担当しています。
オーガニックシャンプーやコンディショナーの他に、日本ではなかなか手に入らないナチュラルな歯磨き粉や洗剤用品、子供用ボディーローションやおもちゃ、オーガニック・ホーリーバジル茶なども揃えています。
またこのお店では、私が旅行中に出会った国内外アーティストのオリジナリティ溢れるデザインの洋服や靴、アクセサリー、グッズもあります。
オープニングの日は、フェザーエクステンションも行います。ご興味のある方はぜひご予約ください。
秋の葉山はとてもステキですので、この機会にぜひ ”Voyager's Eden” へいらしてください！

長谷にあるとてもステキな古民家 ”吉屋信子記念館” で、月に何日かヨガのクラスを開催しています。
秋の ”吉屋信子記念館” のお庭は最高です！
彩りを変える木々のせせらぎと鳥の鳴き声を聞きながらのヨガは、身体だけではなく心もリラックスできます。

日程は、11月9日(日)、11月23日(日)、11月6日(木)、11月20日(木)を予定しています。

このステキな空間でヨガのレッスンを皆様とご一緒出来る事を楽しみにしています。

Hello friends and yogis,

How are enjoying the autumn season?

I have some big news. I have decided to go traveling to India from this December. I will pack up my lovely little house in Kamakura so I can be totally open to any and all of life's opportunities. My return date to Japan has yet to be decided but my plan is to be back by this spring in time for the start of the beach yoga season. I will continue to teach throughout November and I may have one Sunday class in December. Please check my blog or like 'Yoga by the Sea Japan' on Facebook to keep up to date with my schedule.

One new project that I am working on at the moment is starting an 'Organic Corner' in a shop that my friends are opening in Hayama. After using organic products for about 20 years now, I have chosen some of my favorites to sell there. In addition to items like shampoo and conditioner, I have chosen some products that are more difficult to get in Japan such as all natural toothpaste and all natural cleaning products. The shop also features original and unique clothes, shoes & accessories from both local and international artists and artisans whom my friends have met while traveling. I will be available to do hair feather extensions there for opening weekend and by appointment. 'Voyager's Eden' will open November 1st. Autumn is a beautiful time to visit Hayama and stop by Voyager's Eden. Hope to see you there.

Kamakura Yoga classes: Enjoy the beautiful autumn garden view while practicing yoga at Yoshiya Nobuko Memorial House. Situated in the Hase area of Kamakura, this space is quiet and tranquil with only the sound of the birds. The dates for November are Sunday 11/9 & Sunday 11/23, Thursdays 11/6 & 20. Class is from 10:00-11:30 and tea time is from 11:30-11:45. I will be taking reservations for these classes since space is limited. I apologize for my limited schedule but I have a lot of packing to do.

YC&AC classes: Non club members also welcome!
