長らくインド、タイ、ニューヨークの旅をしていましたが、夏に向け日本に戻ってきます。　次にお会いする時に旅で経験した事をお話できるのが楽しみです。夏の季節に活躍するきれいなコットンとシルクのビーチサロンをインドから選んできました。男性用、女性用とも、いろんな色と模様のものがあります。　ビーチでしいて座るのもよし、日よけに使うのもよし、ビーチバーで椅子の上に垂らして掛けて使うのも良いですね。　販売する日程と場所が決まりましたらお知らせします。　また、来る夏をいっしょに楽しみましょう！

逗子のHappy Go Luckyで開催する私のビーチヨガも今年で４年目となりました。　とても楽しみです。　クラスの後ではHappy Go Luckyでは美味しいグリーンスムージーとブランチメニューが引き続き楽しめます。　また、ロッカールームとシャワー設備もご利用いただけます。　この夏は様々なミュージックイベントが催される予定です。　ご興味のある方はホームページをチェックしてみてください。http://happygobeach.com/yoga/6月27日より開始です,7月5日よりStaceyのクラス開始です。

鎌倉ヨガクラス

私が留守の間にヨガクラスを担当してくださったイングリッドさんに感謝します。　７月からいっしょにヨガを練習できることを楽しみにしています。　外は暑いですが、記念館の中は空調のおかげで快適に涼しくヨガを練習できます。　土曜日と日曜日の午後にクラス日程・時間が変更されます。　８月のクラス日程は皆さんといっしょに決めたいと思います。　鎌倉でのクラスは７月１２日開始です。

吉屋信子記念館では紅葉がキレイな庭園を眺めながらのヨガのレッスンを楽しめます。
鎌倉の長谷近辺にある古民家で、木々のせせらぎと鳥の鳴き声を聞きながらのヨガは、身体だけではなく心もリラックスできます。
日程は、(日曜日) 7月12日、

            (土曜日) 7月18日、7月25日

クラスは、14:00〜15:30。

15:30〜15:45 お茶タイム。
スペースに限りがございますので、ご参加の方は事前にご予約ください。

海小屋

嬉しいお知らせがあります。この夏は別のビーチヨガも教えます。　葉山の私のお気に入りの一色海岸にある、海小屋というところで開催されます。

海小屋ではスタンドアップパドルボードをレンタルでき、レッスンも受けることができます。　ヨガのクラスの後は私といっしょにビーチで過ごしましょう。　富士山も見ることができますよ。　(７月７日開始)　 http://tinyurl.com/qcblzsa

Hello friends and yogis,

I am finally returning to Japan for the summer season after my travels to India, Thailand, and New York.  I look forward to sharing my experiences with you the next time we meet.  I also selected some beautiful cotton and silk beach sarongs in India that I have brought back for the summer season.  There are various colors and prints for both men and women, and are perfect for sitting on the beach, protecting yourself from the sun, or draping over your chair at the beach bar.  I will let you know when and where they will be on sale.  Let's enjoy another great summer together.

HAPPY GO LUCKY:  I am looking forward to continuing my beach yoga classes in Zushi at Happy Go Lucky for the fourth year in a row.  Happy Go Lucky will continue to serve their delicious green smoothies and brunch menu for us after our class and locker room and shower facilities are onsite.  They also have a nice lineup of music events this summer.  Please check their homepage for details (extra class on Monday, July 20, Marine Day). KAMAKURA YOGA CLASSES: Thank you to Ingrid for teaching for me while I was away.  I am looking forward to sharing yoga with you again starting in July.  Although it will be hot outside, the Memorial House is air conditioned and will be nice and cool for our practice.  I have changed the class day and time to Saturday & Sunday afternoons.  I hope you will all be able to join me. Let's decide together which day works better for everyone for August. (start 7/12)

Enjoy the beautiful garden view while practicing yoga at Yoshiya Nobuko Memorial House. UMIGOYA:  I am happy to announce that I will be teaching another beach yoga class at Umigoya Beach House, located on my favorite beach, Ishiki Beach in Hayama.  Umigoya also has standup paddle board rentals and lessons, so you can join me for yoga and enjoy the rest of the day at the beach.
