workshop with Karl

Hi lofties, I'm missing you guys and feeling like my practice is already falling apart because it has been minimized to a strictly home practice (due to Jack). Everytime I hit the mat, Jack wanders over and sniffs my hands (while I'm chanting 'om') or lies down on my mat and tries to hog my blankets during shoulder stand!!  But on a brighter note, I am heading into town the first weekend of March to do Karl's hip/lotus workshop March 7th! Anybody else thinking of signing up? You know you wanna spend three hours opening those tight hips!! Eric, would your place be ready for a couch surfer that weekend? If not, no worries, I'm sure I can find others.  Ok, hope to hear from you guys soon and hope some of you can join me that Sunday. xo, Becky

I'm definitely doing that workshop. It will be great to see you!

If you can't crash on someone else's couch, let me know. Need to get the okay from the roomie, but we have a futon that will pull out proper like. Although, we have two cats so Jack won't be able to stay. Roomie doesn't like it. :(

So let me know. We should plan to do dinner or something while you're in town!

I might do Karl's workshop, too. I'm also considering Jason's "Technique Boot Camp for Flow Practitioners and Teachers".

Either way, it sounds like we should perhaps get together after Karl's class....maybe grab a cheap meal at a place near The Loft?

I might have to do some shifting of scheduling but I'll try for Karl's and I'm definitely in for dinner.  I say we play skeetball regardless of whether or not there's a wait at Burma Superstar, although I suppose the line there @ 4:30 every weekend night would point to there being a wait.
