hi all, I won't be there today. I overdid it in yoga last week and really jammed up my sacral area. I'm on the mend but still very achy.... was thinking about trying to adapt poses but decided not a good idea.

Sad to be missing our 2nd to last session but looking forward to seeing you next week.
