Namaste. I am writing this note from my office near the pond, finally moved into my home on the lodge land. It’s magical being in the center of nature. Early this morning I witnessed two ducklings skimming the pond with their mother, their movements so soft, graceful, quiet………………

The energy of the different phases of the moon can affect our personal and collective process at the deepest levels. Chandra or moon in Sanskrit means illustrious, and the moon is a dancing source of wonder in the night's sky. It is a reminder of the ever-creating and ever-renewing life force. This retreat is one in a series celebrating different phases of the moon. You do not need to have attended others in the series.
You are invited into circle to inspire fresh clarity and vision. The weekend will be educational and experiential. Yoga Lifestyle Retreat Weekends are designed to give you an essential pause from the pace of daily responsibilities for self care and nurturing. The weekend will include hatha yoga, meditation, nourishing organic vegetarian meals, time in nature and for journaling and sauna, and education focused on nutrition and the theory of dosha in Ayurveda.
Weekend Rates - $150-$450 depending upon lodging and meal choices. Registrations accepted until June 25, provided there is space.
