Dear all,

I request you to forward the following vacancy announcement within your network.

Association of Youth Organizations Nepal (AYON) is a national network of youth-led organizations, which acts as a platform for collaboration, cooperation, joint action & collective endeavors between youth organizations in Nepal.

AYON is seeking qualified Nepali candidate for the following full-time position:

1.  Admin and Finance Officer – 1 position-Kathmandu

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in management or commerce with 2 years of related experience
• Good knowledge of finance, accounting & budgeting.
• Good understanding & knowledge of the applicable national financial laws & regulations.
• Good command in spoken & written English and Nepali.
• Good communication & inter-personal skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including accounting software.
• The ability to effectively prioritize & work accurately under time constraint.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support Admin & Prepare vouchers, journal entries, maintain the daily accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, annual financial statements & project based financial reports
• Establish, maintain, coordinate the implementation of accounting systems.
• Assist with the preparation of various budgets.
• Asset record & monthly updates
• Develop financial reporting forms & communicate with member organizations.2.    Interns – two positions

2.  Interns- 2 positions- Kathmandu

Interns are required for website, newsletter update & program support.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary will be negotiated with the selected candidate on the basis of qualification and experience.
