Dear Sirs of the European Cental Bank (ECB) and the Interntional Monetary Fund (IMF):

Hereby, I enclose a simple explanation about why none of you must give a single € to the Government of Don Mariano Rajoy
In the last 10 years, both PSOE and PP have over spent millions of euros on nonsense infraestructures with high levels of corruption (comissions beneath the table on the the turnover)
Spain has had quite a beautiful public financial system called Cajas de Ahorros, but in the 90s, our corrupt politicians took control over these Cajas (savings banks) and used our public financial system to give credits to themselves, to their respective political parties, loans that have never been paid back.

For example, in Madrid, the autonomous government of Doña Esperanza Aguirre obliged Caja Madrid (now Bankia) buying public terrains that were worth almost nothing for 10 and even 15 times the real value of these terrains. And Don Miguel Blesa, forme chief executive of Caja Madrid and tight friend of Doña Esperanza Aguirre, put these assets in the balance sheet of Caja Madrid for the artificial price paid to Doña Aguirre's government but not for their real value...
Therefore, all governments have been overpricing building terrains to finance their high living standard and high corruption levels.
We have another case of "missmanagement": Don José Bono, former president of Castilla la Mancha, where his former Savings bank Caja de Castilla la Mancha went bankrupt in 2009; but.... by miracle, Don José Bono turned up with a HUGE real state heritage that cannot be "explained" with the salary he had of about 80.000 €/year. Link in Spanish: http://www.tercerainformacion.es/spip.php?article14298
In every single case of bankruptcy, there are always several Spanish politicians turning up "by miracle" as new rich citizens.
The same case are these of Don José Blanco, former Minister of Transport, Don Jaume Matas, former president of the Balearic Islands, etc....

And now, the main problem as you probably now is that BANKIA and other former Cajas de Ahorros (savings banks) have basically gone rupt.
The situation is bankruptcy of our CAJAS (35%-30% of our financial system).
The key now is: who is going to cover this enourmous hole in the heart of the Spanish Financial System? We - citizens- are not responsable for this huge debt and we are not paying for it. It is our main political parties (PSOE and PP) and also the two main unions (CCOO and UGT) who must pay for it with their own belongings. It is them who stole the money of the Cajas. It is them who built lots of airports and high speed railways to get a tasteful comission on the turnover of these massive infrainstructures.

In the last week, we heard on Tv Señor Guindos and Señor Montoro begging for help to Mrs Angela Mekel and others. They said they had already done their duty cutting off public espending. But... sadly, as Spanish politicians usually do, they were lying and lying and lying so far.

The former Government of Don José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero was a group of disabled people. But the government of Don Mariano Rajoy is probably even worse; Don Mariano Rajoy has basically done NOTHING since he arrived at Palace of La Moncloa in Madrid.

They have raised taxes, have cut the budget for Health and Education and nothing else.
  • In Spain we almost have 600.000 politicians, more than doctors, firemen and policemen alltogether.
  • In Spain, we have more official cars than in the whole United States.
  • In Spain, we have more than 20 local Tv channels supported and controlled by our local politicians, used to promote themselves and therefore get more votes: Telemadrid, Canal Nou, Canal Sur, Televisión de Murcia, etc....); of course, all of them keep on losing public money.
  • And the worst of all, we have 17 autonomous governments which have each of them their respective "Consejerías" or Departments; Department of health, education, transport, security, environment, etc... with hundres and hundreds of nonsense jobs inside.
Don Mariano Rajoy, in only 6 months "governing" the country, has put up more than 75.000 members of his party in worthless and artificial public jobs.

This is the main reason of our main deficit: Don Mariano Rajoy is keeping his friends and "work colleagues" firmly protected at the expense of Spanish citizens, same as Señor Zapatero did before.

And now the question is: Is the European Central Bank and the International Monetary Fund going to lend more money to those who caused this hole in the heart of our banking system?

Or.... in other words: Would you lend money to a bank robber?

Down here in Spain, there is a general social movement pushing everyone not to pay taxes; so most people, buy without paying its VAT; and the statististics of the last month (May 2012) say the VAT levying fell by 8% whereas our GDP only fell 0,3%.
The reason of this quite obvious. We see how PSOE and PP steal our money and take it away to Costa Rica, Belize, Gibraltar, etc... and keep it there hidden from the Spanish Treasury and they raise taxes to cover the deficit they cause.
In this situation, Spaniards are not paying for our corrupt politicians's debts.

It is up to you whether lending more money to Don Mariano Rajoy or not,

.....but it is also at your risk...

Best regards, El Ratoncito Pérez

Dear Sirs of the European Cental Bank (ECB) , European Comission and the Interntional Monetary Fund (IMF):
Down here in Spain, we keep on reading about the bailout for some Spanish Banks.., more precisely: for Spanish CAJAS (Public savings banks)
This "bailout" is supposed to be around 100Bn €
We - Spaniards- are absolutely against this "bailout"; These CAJAS have been sacked by bank robbers like Sr.Rubalcaba, Sr. Rajoy, Sra. Esperanza Aguirre, etc... all of them highly experienced in thefts. We are not paying for our politicians thefts; If you want to lend money to bank robbers it is up to you; On the 25 th of September 2012, there is a social movement all over Spain TOMA EL CONGRESO (Take the congress) to kick out these bank robbers out of the government.... shit is gonna fly all over Spain till our corrupt Monarquy and politicians are all kicked out.

If you go ahead with the bailout for Spanish sacked banks (CAJAS), it is at your own risk;
Our current president, Don Mariano Rajoy is a disabled person without any authority; he is not able to control the public waste of money either in the Central Government nor in the Autonomous Governments; Rajoy's administration keeps on wasting and wasting money on  local Tv channels (Tv2, CANAL9, TELEMADRID, etc....), Rajoy's Autonomous governments have got a sort of local embassys all over the world where Sr. Rajoy employs all his friends and relatives. It is all corruption, corruption and more corruption.

If you want to keep your money safe, do not lend a single € to Don Mariano Rajoy's Government: they never uphold their promises, they are not honest and they have taken control of Spain just to steal what's left after the socialist disaster.

Best regards to all of you
