Juma Ventures (Juma), an award-winning youth workforce development nonprofit organization, seeks a Dir of Finance who will work under the direction of the CEO supervising the accounting team of two. This position will provide assistance to a national 501c(3) organization and works closely with all departments to maintain accurate and complete financial records for the agency. This role bridges high-level financial strategy with daily operations, ensuring the integrity of all financial records, driving cross-departmental collaboration, and maintaining the agility to support core accounting functions (including payroll, AP, and AR) as needed.
