We are currently recruiting for the upcoming September 2025 - February 2027 cohort where we aim to co-create a healing, generative, and rigorous space to learn and grow. Our fellowship is designed to center the lived experience and well-being of emerging leaders of color working in organizations that provide direct service or movement organizing, and who are committed to social justice in the social sector in Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, and Santa Clara Counties. Our goal for participants in the 18-month program is to 1) deepen relationships between direct service providers and movement organizers, and 2) provide space for leaders to build bridges across their work in the field.
