1) Social Worker/Case Manager

Join our dedicated team in San Francisco’s SoMa neighborhood. In this high-impact role, you will be the primary advocate for our residents, driving housing retention and providing essential clinical support to help our community age in place with dignity.

Key Highlights: 

📍 Location: San Francisco, CA (SoMa) 

💰 Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 

👥 Focus: Caseload management, clinical counseling, and crisis intervention. 

🛠️ Requirements: BA in Social Work (MSW preferred) + 3 years of experience with low-income/elderly populations.  

2) Human Resources Director

Strategic partner to the CEO, shape organizational culture, lead talent initiatives, and ensure org continues to support the SoMa neighborhood effectively.

Key Highlights: 

📍 Location: San Francisco, CA (SoMa) 

💰 Salary: $170,000 – $200,000 

💼 Experience: 9–12 years in HR (5+ in leadership) 

🌟 Focus: Strategic leadership, employee relations, and SF labor compliance.
