The Data Analyst reports to the Director of Learning and Evaluation and is a member of a 5-person team. The primary functions are to manage the collection and analysis of service and program data, to disseminate data to build agency-wide data fluency, and to support compliance with grant requirements. The Data Analyst develops, monitors, and evaluates data collection processes and analytic tools; identifies actionable insights and process improvements to increase the overall impact of service delivery; and works with direct service staff to build their data literacy and use. The Analyst plays a key role in ensuring data integrity and accuracy across the agency. The position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented person with strong analytical, computer, and customer service skills while maintaining strict adherence to confidentiality.
