Juma Ventures (Juma), an award-winning youth workforce development nonprofit organization, seeks a Director of Instiutional Giving. In partnership with the Chief Development Officer, the Director of Major Gifts is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to grow and steward Juma’s major gifts program, with a focus on cultivating transformative relationships with individual donors who give $5,000 and above. The Director of Major Gifts manages a portfolio of top-tier individual donors and prospects, leads major gift solicitation, manages the Individual Giving Manager and drives Juma’s annual individual giving strategy to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
