The CNPS Operations team is seeking an Information Technology Administrator and People Operations Coordinator.

The Information Technology Administrator will oversee the development, implementation, and use of technology throughout the organization. Responsibilities include managing the full range of information systems and databases and leading organization-wide efforts to improve the effective and efficient use of technology. The IT Administrator is the key staff technical person, providing advice, training, and technical support for CNPS, and will evaluate current systems and align business objectives with a robust technology strategy. The deadline to apply is January 10, 2022.

The People Operations Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day human resource duties for the operations department. The coordinator will support tasks that span the employee lifecycle, from recruitment, onboarding, HRIS and benefits management, payroll processing, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and separation. The deadline to apply is December 31, 2021.

Hello all!

The California Native Plant Society is seeking a Conservation Intern and an Information Technology Administrator.

The Natalie Hopkins Conservation Intern is a temporary part-time to full-time position that will support ongoing initiatives and campaigns to increase CNPS capacity to advance the conservation of California wildlands and the species and natural communities they support. The Hopkins Intern's primary role will be to assist volunteers and program staff in advocacy related to wildfire and vegetation management by creating an annotated bibliography of peer-reviewed scientific publications. The deadline to apply is January 21, 2022.
