Mission Bit is looking for a Communications Intern and a Director of Programs to join our team! We’re a San Francisco-based nonprofit that inspires youth of color to explore the world of STEM through project-based computer science education that embraces their identities. We're excited to grow our team with individuals who are passionate about education, tech equity, and social justice.

This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit communications, content creation, and digital storytelling. We're looking for someone who brings creativity, curiosity, and a strong voice to our mission. This is a hybrid role, with at least two days/week in our SF office, and requires a one-year commitment.

🔹 Director of Programs (Full-Time) - Apply HERE 

We're seeking a strategic, people-centered leader to oversee our full program portfolio for high school students and young adults. This role is responsible for program vision and execution, staff development, and expanding our reach while fostering a culture of educational excellence, equity, and innovation to meet the evolving needs of our students and communities. Ideal for someone with strong leadership experience in youth programming, education, or nonprofits who’s ready to drive impact at a systems level.
