Openings working with homeless families at Compass Family Services in SF

Hi all,

I’m writing to highlight several open leadership positions at Compass Family Services:

• Associate Director, Financial Planning and Analysis: this person leads financial planning and budget management for the organization, working closely with the finance team, the program teams, and senior leadership. Looking for 7+ years of relevant experience, strong strategic thinking, and an ability to understand complex financial concepts and translate them for non-finance folks.

• Center Director, Compass Children’s Center: looking for someone to lead our early childhood education center, which serves 70 (very cute!) kids and their families every day.

• Clinical Supervisor: looking for a licensed therapist to supervise MFT and MSW trainees and associates in their work with families experiencing homelessness.
