Job Opening: Full Time Individual Giving Manager at Juma Ventures

Juma Ventures (Juma), an award-winning youth workforce development nonprofit organization, seeks an Individual Giving Manager who will work with the Director of Individual Giving, they will design, develop, and implement our Individual Giving Program. They’ll be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with existing donors, maintaining a list of prospective donors, and leading annual fund campaigns. An ability to empathize with donors and clearly communicate our mission is key.

This position requires exceptional passion and drive for our work and a commitment to working in partnership with a variety of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-directed, organized, and results-oriented.
